A Good Plumber

We are very pleased with Kevin's professional knowledge. He is a very good plumber. He was efficient and neat. The price was reasonable. After using a different "Professional" plumber previously, my husband and I have found the business we prefer to use for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks Kevin!

Within an hour after calling A Good Plumber, they had located the leak, the cause and gave me an estimate. They had the parts with them and immediately began the complex repairs! They were super clean ( even cleaned up the debris from my husband's unsuccessful attempts at repairs). Kevin let me video him so my husband could hear the details from the professional. He thoroughlyexplained what they did, what had happened etc...pretty impressive and VERY reasonable ( exactlywhat they said it would cost and how long it would take them). They were pleasant, professional and got the job done without wasting time. Great! My husband checked everything and was impressed they did a wonderful job without gouging us. When he saw the bill, he said " Looks like we have a new plumber.

Brandon communicated well and answered all my questions. He was able to check out the issue with our leak to let us know next steps right away. Great job. Received a second visit for the sinks to be replaced by Terry. He did a awesome job, the water pressure is way better and he was very fast and efficient.

I truly believe these guys saved our family and our house. Our water heater went out on Friday night and they responded promptly on Saturday. Upon their inspection they discovered a poor and faulty install of the current water heater by a different vendor to the point the house actually had caught fire and scorched the wood framing inside the wall where the vent was connected. You could even see the vinyl siding on the outside had started to melt. It was by the grace of God that the house did not catch fire completely. A Good Plumber took pictures and was really concerned about our safety. They immediately went into action to mitigate any further damage by shutting off this system. They said they will remove the current water heater (that was installed wrong and the incorrect model) and exchange it for a new correct model that was right for this house. AGP came out on Sunday and immediately switched out the water heater and professionally installed the unit safely and compliant to code. They were professional, prompt, and genuine in their service and concern for our safety. I do believe God works through people to get his work done. It was clearly evident this was the case with our experience with AGP. Thank you Jesus for sending your angles to protect my family and our household.

Absolutely impressed with the immediate service from A Good Plumber. They arrived within an hour and a half of our call. Took care of our problem in no time. Would highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again. Thank you for the great service.

I had a clog in the main sewer line going to the house on a Sunday I was charged $212 an hour for 6 hours work plus parts because his plumber broke off their snake in my sewer line.. the plumbertook 3 hours trying to to get thee snake out with a stick before he called his boss They spend another 2 hours digging up the line and breaking in to get the snake It took the plumber another half hour to write the bill. The owner promising me that he would get a refund to me for the overcharge for 3 months but he never did.

Kevin and Richard did an excellent job installing a new water heater. They completed the job in under 2 hours and even took the time to explain the operation and warranty of the unit. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

I'm posting this a couple of weeks after my water heater replacement. Kevin and Richard did an outstanding job replacing the faulty water heater and making sure any concerns I may have had were addressed. I can't say enough for these guys and the company. I will definitely use them again inf the need arises.
